OUR APPROACH
The Vision: Sam Brown, founder and director of Silk Digital, came to Studio Henry seeking fresh, elevated brand visuals that truly represented the next chapter of her business. With a fast-growing reputation in the digital marketing space, Sam knew her visual identity needed to evolve alongside her success. The brief: modern, editorial-style portraits and branded content that communicated both professionalism and personality.
Creative Consultation: We began with a focused creative consultation to understand Sam’s current brand positioning, her ideal client base, and the kind of energy she wanted her content to communicate. This clarity allowed us to tailor the shoot direction specifically for Silk Digital, balancing sharp, strategic vibes with a relaxed, confident aesthetic.
Mood Board + Visual Direction: A custom mood board was crafted, anchoring the shoot in a minimalist, clean, and editorial visual language. From wardrobe styling to studio lighting setups, every element was designed to reflect Silk Digital’s forward-thinking yet grounded brand ethos.
Brand Shoot Execution: In a dynamic half-day session, we captured a series of brand portraits, lifestyle shots, and campaign-style imagery across different studio setups. The shoot was designed for versatility, giving Sam content she could use across her website, social media, and digital campaigns.
Each setup was thoughtfully styled to convey different facets of Sam’s brand: her role as a confident business leader, her creative edge, and the warmth that underpins the Silk Digital client experience.
Post-Production + Final Delivery: The imagery was edited with a refined touch, keeping skin tones natural, tones on the cooler side, colour palettes consistent, and merging the modern feel of each image with a vintage edge. The final gallery delivered a strong visual toolkit that Sam could pull from for months to come.
