The Vision: Parul Gupta is a spiritual mentor, healer, and guide whose work dives deep into themes of authenticity, emotional alchemy, and feminine power. She came to Studio Henry to create a soulful suite of content that would support the launch of her new affirmation card deck, Finding Magic in Your Mess, while also capturing the deeper essence of her brand and message.

This project wasn’t just about visuals, it was about embodiment. Parul’s brief invited us into a creative exploration of contrast and transformation: grief and joy, pain and beauty, shadow and empowerment. The result is a content collection that feels ceremonial, grounded, and wildly alive.

Creative Consultation: We began with an in-depth consultation to understand Parul’s vision and the spiritual and emotional themes she wanted to explore visually. Together, we mapped out a shoot direction that honoured her work, centring vulnerability, ritual, and reclamation, and aligned with the deeper purpose behind Finding Magic in Your Mess.

Mood Board + Visual Direction: The mood board was crafted to reflect Parul’s earthy, bohemian, and spiritually-rooted aesthetic. Soft natural textures, incense smoke, organic movement, and sacred styling guided the shoot’s tone. Each visual choice—from lighting to wardrobe—was designed to embody the archetypes Parul works with: the goddess, the queen, the empowered feminine.

Brand Shoot Execution: This half-day session combined both photography and videography to create a multi-use library of content for Parul’s website, Instagram, and product promotion. We captured brand portraits, product lifestyle imagery featuring her affirmation cards, and cinematic video moments to weave a full narrative arc through visuals.

From sage smoke curling through the light, to intentional hand movements and sacred gestures, every frame was infused with presence and meaning. We created setups that allowed Parul to move naturally and express different emotional states—joy, grief, power, softness—giving depth and resonance to every shot.

Post-Production + Final Delivery: The final edits were soft, warm, and earthy—designed to evoke emotion and connection. Videos were delivered in both vertical and horizontal formats for maximum adaptability, and the final gallery gave Parul a robust toolkit of content to support her brand storytelling, product launch, and ongoing digital presence.
